Sam Sinkin

Chief Operations Officer


Sam is Chief Operations Officer at Meath Wealth Advisors. He admitted to practice law in Texas and Minnesota. While practicing law in Texas, Sam successfully litigated cases across the state. He has guided clients through mediation, settlements, successful trials, and worked on appeals up to the Texas State Supreme Court.

Before College, Sam was nominated by the House Minority Leader to be a Congressional House Page. Sam was selected as one of 70 students from around the country to be a Page. He worked on the house floor and attended classes above the Library of Congress. Sam distinctly remembers being on the House Floor for the State of the Union.

Sam graduated from Occidental College Cum Laude, with a B.A. in Philosophy and Religious Studies. Sam was selected from his class to give the Baccalaureate speech for graduation. Following graduation, he was awarded a Values and Vocation grant from his school to study in Nepal for a year. Sam went on to spend several years studying language, meditation and philosophy in Nepal. This time shaped Sam as a person and solidified his core values of tirelessly working to help people wherever and however he finds them.

Following his travels, Sam attended law school at the University of Texas School of Law. During his time in Law School, Sam gained invaluable experience while interning with personal injury attorney Dan Sciano, who is recognized as one of the top 50 lawyers in Texas and whose firm is named a Best Law Firm by the U.S. News. Sam fought for workers’ rights at the Equal Justice Center Clinic. While working there, he successfully appealed and overturned an unfavorable decision by the Texas Workforce Commission, a rare victory. He also competed with the Texas Mock Trial Team in Washington D.C. Sam graduated from Law School with Honors in 2012

Sam moved to MN with his wife Kerry, a native Minnesotan, his two snow-loving young children, and his yellow lab.
